- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- Rind of a lemon, finely grated
- 750g Country Choice chicken gizzards
- 4 tbsp peanut oil
- I tbsp dania stalks, chopped
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 31/2 tbsp honey
- Mix the chilli, ginger and rind in a bowl then add in the gizzards and rub in.
- Heat the oil, add in the gizzards, stir-fry for 23 minutes until cooked.
- Stir in the soy sauce and honey and for 1 minute. Then add chopped dhania.
- Serves 4.
